SHIPPING POLICY - Otaku Street Den

Processing Time: For regular orders, it should take between 1-3 business days to process your order.  For custom orders, once a custom order has been approved, it should take between 1-3 business days to process your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Once your order is processed and shipped, there is an estimated 6-10 delivery day window, but dependent on when the order is placed and processed, this could be shorter by 2 days as an estimate.

Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Shopify account.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
