Return Window

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In original packaging (if applicable)

If an item is returned in used or damaged condition, we may not be able to issue a refund.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item

We’ll take care of the rest.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Digital products (if you add them later)
• Gift cards

💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending
